It all started in my Albuquerque kitchen, where frustration with store-bought dried fruits sparked an idea. Every package I found was loaded with added sugars, preservatives, and artificial ingredients. The dried fruits looked nothing like real fruit, and the ingredient lists were far from pure. I knew there had to be a better way.

Working with carefully selected suppliers, I began choosing the juiciest mangos, crispest apples, and perfectly ripe fruits at their peak flavor. Through careful experimentation and dedication to preserving nature's sweetness, I developed a process that transforms fresh harvests into pure, healthy snacks - no sugar needed, no preservatives required.
